Control Room Monitoring Studies
I'm looking for any control room design or evaluation studies done recently. To include ergonomics and productivity/efficiency. I'm looking for citable references along the lines of a uniformed guards ability to identify an incident on CCTV monitors after 20 minutes decreases XX percentage. Any informaiton supporting design and procedural guildlines would be helpful.
