Sentry 360 of Naperville, Illinois, has launched a 360-degree camera that combines low compression, small form factor, and onboard storage capability. The FullSight Mini or FS-IP2000 is the size of a computer mouse and uses H.264 compression. It can integrate into any third party NVR software using the company’s software development kit for correcting the fisheye-perspective view during live and retrospective pan-tilt-zoom. Because it includes onboard storage and full situational awareness it requires no third party hardware or software and can stand alone. Storage can be accessed by a Web browser interface, and users can view the scene in multiple interfaces, such as full view, panoramic, quad view (four angles from one camera), or single view that can be independently controlled via pan-tilt-zoom.
