Bosch Security Systems, Inc., of Fairport, New York, has introduced the Access Easy Controller (AEC). This Web-based system offers the easy-to-use features of a Web server and the functionality of an access control system. Designed for small and medium-sized commercial enterprises, it is affordable, easy to install and operate, and provides access control using a card reader or a card plus a PIN. It’s also scalable, so it can grow as business expands. Requiring no special software, the system uses standard browsers and works on any operating system, including Mac and Windows. It connects easily to any TCP/IP network via an Ethernet port and operates over any Ethernet network.
