Quintron Systems, Inc., of Santa Maria, California, has integrated its AccessNsite access control system with the new TrustPoint 3-Factor Biometric Reader from BridgePoint Systems, Inc., of San Leandro, California. The reader is compatible with public key infrastructure (PKI) and is designed to authenticate personal identity verification (PIV) credentials. It offers a variety of security options, including biometrics, PIN, and optional PKI challenge-response authentication. The AccessNsite is a Java-based application that provides unlimited system scalability, flexibility, and reliability. Together, the two solutions offer superior security and access control in a system that is easy to administer and manage.
