Axis Communications of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, offers two new IP cameras with built-in infrared LED illumination and mechanical infrared-cut filters for day and night surveillance. The two indoor, fixed cameras offer H.264 video compression and options for full-frame-rate HDTV quality. The cameras are easily installed and have two adjustable levers for adjusting focus and field of view. The high-efficiency infrared LED lights are situated behind the lens to dissipate heat and increase useful life. The AXIS M1143-L offers SVGA resolution, and the AXIS M1144-L offers HDTV resolution.
