The new emergency phone tower from Talk-A-Phone Company of Niles, Illinois, accommodates two video surveillance cameras on a T-shaped camera arm. Using two cameras on the same tower widens the operator’s view of the area, and users can choose two types of cameras for different needs, for example, one 360-degree camera and one pan-tilt-zoom unit. Both cameras can communicate with the company’s analog or VoIP emergency phone via the phone’s auxiliary contacts, and a pan-tilt-zoom camera can be moved to a preset location when an emergency call is placed or assistance is summoned.
