AMAG Technology of Tewkes­bury, Glouces­tershire, United Kingdom, has launched a newly updated ProxiPen Kit with tags that provide a significantly greater read range. Reliable and effective, the Prox­i­Pen requires no operational training. The greater read range of the new RFID tags enables them to be concealed behind wallpaper, plaster, and other decorative wall coverings to disguise their presence. The kit provides all the tools to plan, monitor, and analyze guard tours. It includes the ProxiPen data collection unit, a data transfer unit, a data cable, TopGuard Patrol control software, and 20 proximity tags.
