Salient Systems uses Dell Cloud with VM­ware vCloud Datacenter Service to host customer video and provide a simple interface for user access. The secure cloud-based CompleteView Video Management System simplifies the deployment and integration of video surveillance, delivers a flexible solution for growth, and helps companies control costs without sacrificing quality. It uses Video Surveillance-as-a-Service technology from Axis Communications to stream video from IP cameras and encoders over the Internet.
