Incident Management

PPM2000 Inc. of Edmonton, Alberta, Can­ada, and Brivo Systems LLC of Beth­esda, Maryland, have integrated their Software as a Service (SaaS) applications so that select access control events can be passed to an incident-reporting system for documentation, analysis, and follow-up. PPM’s Perspective Incident Reporting and Investigation Management software and Brivo’s ACS Web Service work together to transfer data from one system to the other, eliminating hu­man error and duplicate data entry. Customers can set up business rules that create incident reports for the access activity they want to track. The two systems are sold and installed separately, and then connected via a network interface using Brivo’s Datasync connector.
