Appears in the issue.

Zistos Corporation of Holbrook, New York, has introduced the Portable Network Surveillance Camera system, which is designed to provide a complete solution for field surveillance and radiological monitoring applications. The self-contained, self-powered system supports deployment of one or more cameras in the field and offers a built-in radiological alarm sensor as an option. The rugged, weatherproof system consists of a pole-mounted day/night camera with a varifocal lens. The system is available with either covert infrared or white-light illumination. The camera system transmits video information as IP data using a wireless 802.11 transmitter. Any PC or laptop equipped with a wireless 802.11 interface can receive the transmission. Images from up to six cameras can be viewed on a single computer using the standard configuration. Motion alarms can be programmed to indicate changes to select areas of the video image.
