NICE Systems has added new capabilities to its NICE Perform solution, which captures multimedia interactions, analyzes their content, and organizes the analysis to facilitate decisions. The Compliance Suite enables policy enforcement through proactive compliance by preventing insider trading breaches and detecting irregularities during blackout periods. The interaction analytics have been expanded to include more powerful search capabilities, greater analytics throughput, and increased accuracy. Another improvement is VoIP Recording Gateway technology that addresses the special needs of a VoIP environment, recording customer interactions in hundreds or thousands of branches.
