The Infiniti Integrated PTZ camera series from Dedicated Micros, Inc., of Chantilly, Virginia, will operate effectively in exposed outdoor environments. The cameras can be deployed at the front end of the latest Closed IPTV deterministic IP video security solutions, where Trusted Endpoint technology prevents hacking and access to the network. The Thermal Imaging Unit allows viewing even through dust, fog, and smoke. It features a germanium window for thermal accuracy, a stabilized lens, and a choice of focal lengths, allowing the camera to detect human-sized heat sources up to 900 meters away. Other models in the series are supplied with an infrared illuminator positioned beside the lens.
