Private Monitor

The PrivateVue Monitor from Secure-It, Inc., of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, has a built-in 3M Privacy Filter so onscreen data cannot be viewed by passersby. Unlike removable privacy filters that fit over a screen, the privacy filter cannot be removed by end users. Medical, financial, and library facilities can use the monitor to remain compliant with privacy regulations such as HIPAA, Gramm-Bliley, and the Children’s Internet Protection Act. Because they are not removable, the filters can’t be lost or stolen, saving money and maintaining compliance. Monitors have a three-year factory warranty and are availa­ble in screen sizes to fit existing requirements.
