GE Security, Inc., of Bradenton, Florida, has enhanced its CyberDome II pan-tilt-zoom camera line. Customers can choose from five camera modules that include day-or-night and wide-dynamic-range functionality for high-quality video in changing light. The indoor and outdoor housings have been improved to withstand a variety of environmental conditions, and they feature alarms and relays for direct wiring to nearby sensors. The camera is interoperable with multiple vendor systems and can be easily installed into existing infrastructure. Its Quick Spin feature spins the camera 180 degrees when the bottom of tilt travel is reached. The units offer 128 preset positions, four preset tours, and four shadow tours. Many options are available in camera modules, housing, and accessories.
