Securitas of Stockholm, Sweden, has launched new public Web sites that focus on customers and potential employees. The sites feature a solid base of industry knowledge gained from the company’s long-term strategy of continuous benchmarking, best practice transfer, and tailored training programs. There is a site for the main company, Securitas Group, in addition to 23 country-based sites. All are based on the same structure and have the same new graphic design. A section on human resources makes it easy for potential employees to read about career opportunities and apply for jobs online. Sites are also focused on customers and display offerings according to customer segments.
