The AXIS Q1931-E Thermal Network Camera is a strong addition to the Q-line of fixed thermal network cameras from Axis Communications of Chelmsford, Massachusetts. The affordable, bullet-style IP camera is ready for outdoor installation in harsh environments right out of the box. It offers high-contrast 384x288-resolution thermal images with four available lens options for different detection ranges and fields of view. It supports the Axis corridor format, which provides a portrait field of view that is ideal for monitoring long, narrow scenes, such as tunnels, fences, and shorelines. It also works with analytics, such as motion detection and camera tampering alarm. The camera is rated for water, dust, and vandalism resistance and operates in temperatures from -40 to +122 degrees Fahrenheit.
