CBC (AMERICA) Corporation of Commack, New York, has unveiled the Computar 3 Megapixel Varifocal IR Lens. Model H3Z4518CS-MPIR is engineered to capture the full resolution of megapixel cameras. Designed for the most challenging security applications, it provides high contrast, brightness, and sharpness across the entire image plane for optimal image quality. The manual-iris varifocal lens has a focal range of 4.5-13.2mm, F1.8 aperture, 1⁄2-inch format, and CS mount. It is infrared-corrected for true day/night operation. Other features include locking set screws on zoom, focus, and iris rings; precision all-glass optics for minimal distortion; and a comprehensive three-year warranty.
