The new inTouch lockset from Yale Commercial Locks and Hardware of Lenoir City, Tennessee, offers an interactive digital touchscreen. There are no buttons to push; instead, a capacitive sense touchpad responds to human touch, offering improved durability over mechanical switches and added value over electrical relay pushbutton keypads and sensors. With voice-guided programming, illuminated screen, animated visual effects, distinctive sound schemes, and PIN code and playback confirmation, the lockset is easy to program and use. The battery-powered, standalone lockset is available in EZ mode to accommodate up to nine unique users and advanced mode for up to 1,000 users. Access is granted via access codes of four to 12 digits. A request to exit input allows remote access capability. Additional features include lockout mode, passage mode, and automatic relock.
