Vehicle Barrier

The FutureWEDGE Series (SU-SM) is a line of electric vehicle barriers from SecureUSA, Inc., of Cumming, Georgia. They are easily mounted in almost any location, because they require little or no excavation. The optional integrated gate arm and traffic lights provide added safety. The modular bolt-down barrier system can be configured to withstand an impact of 15,000 pounds traveling at up to 40 miles per hour. Each barrier uses an electromechanical actuator that eliminates the need for a hydraulic power unit or air compressor, thus reducing installation and maintenance costs. Various design options can be selected to complement a facility’s design.
