The LS DVR is the newest addition to the S-Series line of digital video recorders from Speco Technologies of Amity­ville, New York. A complete suite of networking applications and mobile platforms makes it easy to control video from any location. Enhanced recording performance provides greater flexibility in camera configuration and delivers sharp images. A powerful search engine, two-way audio communications, and looping outputs add to the recorder’s utility. It is available with eight or 16 channels and hard-drive storage from 500 gigabytes to 6 terabytes. It supports remote viewing via iPhone, Blackberry, or Android devices.
