The ViconNet VN-2500 viewer software from Vicon Industries of Hauppauge, New York, provides the ability to view up to 64 cameras using a single PC workstation as part of a ViconNet video surveillance network. It can connect up to four monitors to the PC, each displaying up to 64 camera feeds. The software is available both in a software-only version and preloaded on a PC. When combined with the ViconNet Virtual Matrix Controller, the software can create large multimonitor display areas, with live viewing on the monitors connected to the VN-2500 and alarm capability and camera call-ups on the monitors connected through the Virtual Matrix.
