End users can identify, monitor, and manage vehicles and visitors using one solution, thanks to a collaboration between EasyLobby of Needham, Massachusetts, and INEX/ZAMIR of Knoxville, Tennes­see. The companies have combined EasyLobby’s visitor management solutions with INEX/ZAMIR’s license plate-reading technology. Organizations can automatically capture license plate information and seamlessly link the data to the visitor management database. Users can identify visitors by either the visitor badge or the license plate. When a visitor leaves the facility and the license plate is captured, the visitor is checked out without having to stop at a guard station.
