OLAM Development Group, LLC, of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, offers the MSV 1010 Mobility Surveillance Video System, which distributes high-speed communication of streaming live video and DVR recording. The lightweight one-channel unit is recommended for law enforcement and private security practitioners who might need to transmit video from a crime scene or accident. Multiple users can access the real-time video via PC, mobile laptop, or hand-held PDA. Featuring built-in GPS and audio, the system meets H.264 standards, transmits 25 to 30 frames per second, and offers built-in RS-485 pan-tilt-zoom control. The wearable unit includes a wearable camera headset, and the built-in lithium battery provides up to five hours of streaming video.
