HireRight of Irvine, California, has introduced a new solution for verifying workers’ eligibility to work in the United States. HireRight I-9 moves a paper- and labor-intensive system to a secure, efficient, and scalable electronic solution that ensures compliance to minimize the risk of government penalties. HireRight is a designated agent for the DHS E-Verify system; this solution automatically manages the I-9 forms. It provides verification summary status information and resolution tools for addressing those situations where work eligibility cannot be immediately confirmed. The solution can be integrated with HireRight’s employment screening platform or it can operate on its own.
