“This is one of the craziest things that I’ve ever seen,” Capt. Kelvin Stanford of Pearl River County Sheriff’s Department told the Picayune Item.
The Sheriff's Department was able to track down Hurst after a Picayune police officer recognized Hurst on the video as the same man he recently pulled over. After repeated attempts to contact Hurst, police said he turned himself in and is being held on $500 bond for indecent exposure.
“I didn’t mean to expose myself to anybody and it was stupid,” Hurst said.
But Stanford had the best advice for anybody thinking about getting naked in a cemetery, especially as technology makes surveillance much easier: "“You never know who’s watching.”
