Suicide Attacks Hit Russia for Second Time in Three Days

Two more suicide bombers unleashed coordinated attacks against police in southern Russia today, killing 12,  just two days after two female suicide bombers attacked the Moscow subway system, murdering 39.

The blasts today come after Chechen rebel Doku Umarov personally claimed responsibility in an online video for Monday's attacks in Moscow.
