BlueRISC of Amherst, Massachusetts, has introduced the CaptureGUARD ExpressCard memory acquisition hardware, which is part of its WindowsSCOPE memory forensics and cybersecurity analysis product family. The device allows forensic analysts and first responders to capture a complete picture of everything on a target computer. It can defeat anti-forensics by having direct hardware access to DRAM memory. It cannot be altered by malware already present in a system or compromised in other ways. Memory dumps are created in industry-standard formats.
