Foreign Policy lists the organization's six top operatives still at large.

Yesterday was for mourning. Today it's time to take stock of where the United States stands in its fight with a resurgent al Qaeda.

Helping this effort, Foreign Policy lists the six top al Qaeda operatives [1], sans Osama Bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri, counterterrorism officials should concentrate on killing or capturing.

Interestingly, three of the six operatives listed are thought to be in Iran, including Bin Laden's son, Saad.
