Integrity Ballistics LLC came up with the idea while trying to develop special ammunition for air marshals that wouldn’t pierce the skin of a plane. The company began marketing the product this month. Instead of penetrating, the round flattens on impact, stunning and bruising the target. The company is marketing the product toward law enforcement and bounty hunters.

►Congress wants to know why drone pilots don’t get promotions and school selections at the same rate [2] as traditional pilots. The Air Force Times has previously reported that UAV pilots [3] are less likely to advance than other pilots according to promotion data. “The Defense Authorization Act for 2013 requires the Air Force to explain the disparity and come up with solutions within six months of Jan. 2, when President Obama signed the law,” the Air Force Times reports.
