Safety Technology International, Inc., has introduced two hooded, pedestal-mount enclosures to its Stopper Line of protective covers. The heated polycarbonate enclosures are suita-ble for installation of control boards, power supplies, access control devices, transmitters, and more. They will help increase the life and reliability of those devices by shielding them from dirt, dust, and grime. The cover does not impede wireless transmission. They can be mounted on a wall or pedestal, and a special mounting plate allows easy mounting and removal from the pedestal for servicing the device. One model has a locking hinged cover for further security. An optional radiant heat plate that operates on 12, 16.5, or 24 volts cycles to sustain a uniform temperature.
