An enhanced line of contactless credentials using NXP MIFARE MINI has been introduced by ASSA ABLOY Identification Technologies of Walluf, Germany. Sokymat credentials that can be created using this IC technology include ISO cards, ID bands, key fobs, and more. These credentials are designed for applications that require a small amount of memory but require the same security features and file structure as MIFARE Standard 1k. The cards and other credentials are especially cost-effective for building access and personal identification solutions.
