Honeywell of Louisville, Kentucky, has demonstrated the capabilities of integration between its Vindicator Intrusion Detection System and its Enterprise Network Video Recorder, which expands the value of both systems, allowing custom-ers to monitor more assets with fewer resources. The intrusion detection system provides a secure environment for security system information on a customer’s existing facility network. It can transmit and receive encrypted data over wire, RF, modem, fiber, and more. The recorder, coupled with the MaxPro real-time video switch, creates a video solution that can store, display, control, and access video from thousands of cameras via a single keyboard controller.
