ARTECO-MOBILE allows personnel in the field to view live, real-time video from the same hand-held, Web-enabled device that notifies them of the security event. When the ARTECO-IVS detects an event, it sends an e-mail to personnel with event details and a JPEG snapshot of the event taking place. The user can instantly access real-time video on the phone for further verification. The application can reduce false alarms, because the security professional can check the video to verify an alarm’s authenticity.
