The United States and Germany will share access to databases with personal data, including fingerprints and DNA information, of people suspected of terrorist activity.

The United States and Germany will share access to databases with personal data, including fingerprints and DNA information, of people suspected of terrorist activity. The two nations recently agreed to the information exchange and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff expressed hopes that the United States could reach similar agreements with a number of other European countries.
