The AutoDome Camera System uses a platform of interchangeable modules that allow users to quickly and cost-effectively migrate to advanced functionality, such as object tracking, as new innovations are available. Because existing modules can simply be replaced by modules that incorporate newer technology, there is no need to change the entire system. The new system is compatible with the entire line of surveillance products from Bosch and other competitive platforms. Interchangeable and hot swappable, the modules allow a system to easily adapt to meet changing security requirements with additional features, such as pan-tilt-zoom ability, and motion detection.
