The new Pelco DX8100 Version 1.2 Series DVR from Pelco of Clovis, California, offers enhancements that will aid security professionals. It provides a server dual-display that allows users to view up to 72 cameras at the server. Users can conduct simultaneous DVR administration, command and control surveillance, and PublicView monitoring. The system also delivers alerts at the server and remote clients if the DVR is running outside optimal environmental and performance thresholds. The unit has expanded ATM/POS recording capabilities and allows for up to 16 devices per location.
