The Blackhawk MVS-6 mobile security system from Doosan Infracore Portable Power of Statesville, North Carolina, provides portable video surveillance for monitoring sporting events, law enforcement, traffic control, theft and vandalism prevention, and disaster relief. It can operate remotely, connecting wirelessly to its day/night camera and 40 gigabyte digital video recorder. A single operator can control the camera’s pan-tilt-zoom features, review recordings, and monitor the unit’s power supply. With the wireless communication system, multiple units can be networked so one operator can monitor a large site from a single location. Its antitheft system includes a tamper-resistant, locked enclosure for the wiring and a tilt alarm with local horn. It also features a hybrid diesel/solar/rechargeable battery, a standard lighting kit, a removable drawbar hitch, and motion detection.
