Dallas-based DSX Access Systems and EasyLobby, Inc., of Needham, Massachusetts, have developed an integration module that seamlessly integrates WinDSX total access control and EasyLobby’s Secure Visitor Management software. Customers can issue different levels of card access to visitors, contractors, and employees directly from the visitor form. All information about the visitor and the employee being visited is automatically passed from the visitor database to the access control database, and the card is activated. When the individual checks out, the access control system deactivates the card. Cards do not need to be preprogrammed and they can be reused.
