The U.S. Secret Service has unveiled its transportation plan for the long inauguration weekend starting Saturday, January 17, through Wednesday, January 21, 2009.


You can find the press release which "provides the general outlines for road closures, vehicular restricted zones, public transportation, charter vehicles and pedestrian routes" below.


The plan encourages as many people as possible to take public transportation to all inauguration activities due to the amount of vehicular restrictions and street closures.
