Canon U.S.A. has introduced the new VB-C60 PTZ Network Camera, a versatile compact solution for remote video monitoring over IP. It features an ultra-long, built-in 40X optical zoom and a wide-angle lens in addition to automatic focus and image stabilization.


Canon U.S.A. has introduced the new VB-C60 PTZ Network Camera, a versatile compact solution for remote video monitoring over IP. It features an ultra-long, built-in 40X optical zoom and a wide-angle lens in addition to automatic focus and image stabilization. The camera offers a wide panning range that combines with the wide-angle lens to provide coverage for a full 360-degree horizontal field of view. Panorama image creation allows the entire viewing range to be stitched together into one image so users can quickly move the camera to any specific position. The preset tour function allows for up to 20 camera positions to be preset and viewed at specified intervals. Motion detection and subject auto-tracking are also available, allowing the camera to automatically pan and tilt to follow a subject’s movement.
