New video controller software from Panasonic System Solutions Company of Secaucus, New Jersey, is designed to interface with Panasonic digital video recorders and two new LCD displays. The PFW950 video controller provides systemwide control of the cameras and digital recorders throughout a facility. It allows multiple video streams to be viewed in separate windows on one PC monitor, while displaying maps, controls, and system status. It also allows video streams to be  saved and recalled. The WV-LC1900 (19-inch) and WV-LC1700 (17-inch) LCD displays deliver exceptional images with greater sharpness and clarity. They are designed to provide longer life than conventional CRTs, along with significant energy savings and a smaller physical footprint.
