Being prepared for a Terrorist Attack

I think it’s really important to prepare for another terrorist attack. After all, we’re never really safe – especially now that North Korea has weapons that can reach us, and with Osama Bin Laden still at large. I’ve heard of certifications offered through private groups that deal with this and was wondering if anyone has taken anything like this class offered by USSD. It seems like a http://www.atwussd.com [1] (credible disaster preparedness training) program. Are there others that anyone knows about? Or recommendations you have? I’d like to get my options before deciding on one…

Many organizations and their employees foolishly believe that such events can never happen to them and are therefore ill prepared to deal with such an event. That is why our organization took the decision of giving security awareness training to the executive staff. The training was provided by Salamanca Risk Management Ltd.
