On-Net Surveillance Systems, Inc., of Pearl River, New York, has expanded its Ocularis open-architecture platform to include integration with third-party network video recorders (NVR), record­ers, and managed NVRs. Along with expanded integration, the initiative extends the availability of its intuitive advanced user interface, alerting system, and investigative tools for users who wish to migrate to or have already deployed IP video management solutions in their facility. The platform allows enterprise users to manage multiple vendors’ security products from a single place. Video and data information from analog and IP cameras, encoders, NVRs, video storage systems, access control, fire and alarm systems, video analytics, and more can be correlated, conditioned, and analyzed to provide concise alerts and visualization of predefined security events.
