The unit features a built-in speaker that attaches to an existing intercom system. The tray accommodates small items such as currency, keys, and papers, and it can be removed to transfer larger objects such as currency bags and gallon containers. The drawer is engineered to restrict outside airflow and external environment penetration. The extended security drawer (model 992217) is designed for installation in walls up to eight inches thick.
