ADT Corporate Crime Prevention Kit

HELP! Does anyone have the old ADT/McGruff Corporat Crime Prevention Kit? This was a notebook binder program which included hand-outs, flyers, etc. This great tool was released around 1988. It came in a Blue binder sleeve.
My only copy was destroyed during Hurricane Ivan. ANY help would be appreciated.
