Visionic Ltd. has released the PowerMaxExpress Surveillance QuickFit. The new kit is designed for system integrators and central monitoring stations interested in broadband IP solutions for event notification and video alarm verification. The system offers quick installation and ease of use, and the wireless, pre-enrolled broadband-based security and surveillance system requires no programming. It “piggybacks” on the existing Internet infrastructure by plugging it into a free port in the home router. It contains everything needed to install a residential or small-office system, including a control panel, two magnetic contacts, a two-way keyfob, a passive infrared detector with pet immunity, and a network camera for video alarm verification. A simple start guide helps the installer customize the system.
