DORMA Architectural Hardware of Reamstown, Pennsylvania, offers a line of Grade 1 narrow-stile exit devices that combine performance and durability with a compact configuration. The 9600 series, with concealed vertical rods, and the 9800 series, with surface vertical rods, use heavy-duty castings for extra durability. The 9700 series, with RIM chassis, features heavy-duty carbon steel casting for a latchbolt static load rating of 1,500 pounds. These devices are suitable for narrow-, medium-, and wide-stile aluminum doors, as well as for wood and hollow steel doors. They feature up to 12 separate electronic monitoring and control options for managing access and egress applications. They are available in 14 architectural finishes and dozens of custom colors, with various trim and lever combinations. An antimicrobial coating option is also available.
