The so-called smart grid is all the rage, but rushing headlong into networked utilities may not be wise [1], according to John Bumgarner, the chief technology officer for the U.S. Cyber Consequences Unit (US-CCU) and a senior research fellow in international security studies at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University. Bumgarner talks about the issue with podcast host Laura Spadanuta.
