ASIS International has launched the Organizational Resilience Management Software (ORMS) suite [1], a unique series of online tools to help organizations address the risks of disruptive events. Developed in partnership with Easy2solve, the five products range from basic support to highly sophisticated resilience functionality.

The software helps private and public sector entities implement the ANSI/ASIS Organizational Resilience Standard [2], generate necessary documentation, and identify opportunities for improvements in security, preparedness, and continuity programs. This will be a valuable tool for any organization interested in participating in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Private Sector Preparedness Program (PS-Prep).

The five products in the suite include the ORMS Toolkit, which delivers the full content from the ASIS OR Standard, including a self-assessment conformance questionnaire and an implementation maturity model; ORMS Entry Level, which includes the Toolkit version plus risk analysis, business impact analysis, and risk treatments, together with resilience and response planning (suitable for small and medium-sized organizations); ORMS Intermediate, which includes the Entry Level version plus deployment of manpower resources and alternate asset planning (suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises and larger organizations with some resilience/continuity experience); ORMS Professional, which the Intermediate version plus financial resources, resilience improvement measures, and a comprehensive incident manager (suitable for larger organizations that have dedicated expertise in-house); and ORMS Consultant, which includes the Professional version plus the ability to handle multiple data sets for multiple clients (suitable for consultants responsible for the resilience needs of multiple clients or organizations with multiple businesses within one group).

With more than 12,000 customers in over 130 countries, Easy2solve has considerable experience in developing practical and affordable business management tools for U.S. and international markets.
