ZK Software of Piscataway, New Jersey, has introduced a dual biometric reader, which can verify a person’s identity by face, fingerprint, RFID card, or PIN in less than two seconds. The iFace can store up to 10,000 fingerprints, 700 face templates, and 100,000 transactions.


ZK Software of Piscataway, New Jersey, has introduced a dual biometric reader, which can verify a person’s identity by face, fingerprint, RFID card, or PIN in less than two seconds. The iFace can store up to 10,000 fingerprints, 700 face templates, and 100,000 transactions. Companies can integrate their applications with the reader to manage time, money, materials, people, and physical access. The face recognition technology can detect the same face with 15 different facial expressions and is unaffected by varying lighting. It includes a high-definition, automatic-learning, infrared night-vision camera for use in poor lighting. The reader offers optional built-in Wi-Fi or GPRS for wireless communication.
